About Hail Power

We're Building the Backbone of Electric Mobility

A DOE Accredited EVCS Provider on a mission to power every journey across the Philippines.

Our Story

Born from a Simple Belief

Hail Power was founded on a single conviction: the Philippines deserves world-class EV charging infrastructure. Not someday. Now. As the country's electric vehicle adoption accelerates, the gap between demand and reliable charging has never been more urgent.

We stepped in to close that gap — building not just charging stations, but a national network. Asset-backed. Revenue-generating. Built to last. From expressways to commercial hubs, from tourism corridors to logistics centers, Hail Power is laying the infrastructure that makes electric mobility possible for every Filipino.

WHAT WE STAND FOR

Our Core Principles

Infrastructure First

We build for permanence. Every station is designed for decades of operation, not just the next quarter.

National in Scope

From Batanes to Tawi-Tawi, our network serves the entire archipelago — not just the urban centers.

Investor Aligned

Asset-backed infrastructure with multiple revenue streams. We build value that compounds over time.

Partnership Driven

We grow through strategic partnerships with property owners, fleet operators, and government agencies.
